I just went there at 3:26p for rods, there was a sign that read closing at 4pm. The doors were locked and no one answered the phone. Obviously the clocks inside were at least 30 minutes fast.

The orders are Unorganised, the employees don’t know what they are doing. All are new associates they are lost between the orders and customers. Maybe will be better next few weeks.

I purchased an electric sonicare tooth brush in December 2016 and cannot find the receipt. It stopped working. Can I bring it in and exchange it for another one?

I use to work for them. They are going to make sure your model is the one sold by BBB, locate the proper item number, you should be able to exchange it for a new one or recieve store credit. You are most likely going to have to provide your id as well.
