My wife and I love this Harris Teeter. Even after moving we still shop here. The last time we both shopped there was a bit disappointing. I ordered a birthday cake for my wife and the Decoration looked great and half the cake tasted great. Only problem the other half of the cake they forgot or ran out of Buttercream and there was none between the layers. It was a bit embarrassing with a couple of guests and we had to share some buttercream. Without it the layer on the other half of the cake was extremely dry and of course didn't taste as good. A Birthday is a bad day to mess up like that on a Cake! 😢

CY at Customer Service is horrible and rude!! She refused to honor a product I tried to return because she clearly could not understand what the problem was. Instead of admitting a product I purchased yesterday (receipt to prove) was bad her response was “oh well!” I spend a substantial amount of money on a weekly basis at this store, but now they have lost my business. CY apparently has no understanding of what customer service is all about. She definitely has zero people skills!!
