is it possible and how to place an order , then drive there and pick it up with either paying on line or when i get there?

No. You can print a list of items you would like at home but, unfortunately they dont offer pulling items for you. Be careful when you do grab your items. Some things are packaged separately, so you may need 2 or 3 boxes for your one item. I recently left without the hardware I needed to put together my piece.
