My son has asthma and he was fine. Air quality is good. It is not a dirty environment.
I suggest notifying them prior, but I see no issue ask for a mask. But I think your be fine
I have asthma and this is not something you should do. If you think you can than ask for a full face shield. Wind speed is up to 90 miles per hr. Try hanging you head out the car window. Same thing.
The air is fairly clean and probably filtered so should be ok. Other customers with too much perfume would be the only problem.
You shouldn't have any trouble unless it acts up when you get happily excited.
