Stay away McDonald's Never again I had not been to McDonald's for a long time. Stopped at the one at 75th and Naper. The place was empty. Went to the drive through and ordered quarterpounder, large fries and apple pie. Took over 20 min and everything was cold. They also refused to give me a receipt. I have complained through their website but I don't think they care. This place should be closed

I ordered 2 mcchicken with only American cheese. And they gave us the hot and spicy and we are not a spicy family. I called the manger and once I asked for her name she hung up on me. I tried calling 5 plus times. On the last time a guy answered named Andrew and was very helpful and all around great customer service 👍

The Entryway, waiting area and dining area were immaculately clean, the service was fantastic and the product is always amazing. We appreciate the family friendly environment and the never-ending display of attention and respect. The foods tasted good because the chicken was tender and juicy since it was well-made. Also, the vegetables were so fresh and natural as they were healthy. Chicken nuggets are BOMB! so, I enjoyed eating them because they were satisfying enough to eat. Quick service, even when they're busy. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves chicken.
