I have tried to go here a number of times during lunch and dinner times but all the doors were locked. I don’t want to eat in my car this time so I’m done with this location.

Yeah happens sometimes. Review them at the location they have printed on your receipt. I did that several times in a row several years ago and kept getting free burgers for my efforts. And as a side benefit, it got better. Apparently upper management doesn't know to fix anything unless they get official feedback through the company.
