I ordered online on Monday night for cyber Monday and it was to late to pick up same night so I did pick up next day. Get there for curbside pick up but no one show up. I walked in and ask for my order. It wasn’t there and then wanted to charge full price , no sorry , no explanation and rude, seems like they don’t care. I do understand they short staff but they don’t have to be rude. This is not the first time I have had trouble with this location.

This is the slowest pharmacy in Walgreens history! It takes about 20 minutes just to have drive thru window access and then the items aren’t even ready for pick up. Perhaps a location that can’t keep up should not be one offering even more convenience services that they deliver efficiently on.

I came to this location to get a PCR test done. Unlike normal express centers where a nurse swabs you. Here you're handed a swab package and expected to swab yourself. This could lead to very high inaccuracy in testing results due to individual handling errors. Very disappointed at this approach.

Never really liked this location, but had to go to it for a PCR test for COVID since it was the closest location to me with available times. The PCR test was done in order to be able to fly out of the country since I had to go to work in Europe. Said it would take 4-5 days to complete. I went on a Sunday, with my flight on Thursday. I receive an email one day later saying the test could not be completed because of not enough sample, poor handling at the Walgreens store, poor transport to the lab, or poor handling of the sample at the laboratory. The exact reason was never specified. I have completed more than one corona test and this never happens. What kind of a joke is this? It’s a corona test, it’s not that hard to handle/transport and test since every other country can do it and does it. And they didn’t even offer to take another one. I had to call and explain my situation only to be told to register at a different Walgreens... I barely had time before my flight and there was no other times available before my flight. Thank god another Walgreens accepted me for the 24 hour NAAT. What’s the most shocking of all is that you, yourself, have to complete the test and not a certified phlebotomist. What kind of non sense is that? Is Walgreens running out of money that they can’t hire people who are certified to take samples? Unbelievable.
