Scuba..not sure. But swim definitely..I don't see why you couldn't Scuba tho..water is very brackish visibility might be an issue

It was posted no swimming due to high levels of bacteria, last weekend. Nonetheless, people were swimming.

Their is a nice size pool, By the main pier are where a lot of people fish. You can put your kayak in the water there. Off to the side of pier just off the embankment their is a small Sandy area you can walk out a bit and cool off. We also participated in Geocaching. I don't believe you can scuba dive.

Right at the pier, I wouldn't recommend swimming. Lot of Canadian geese and other water fowl near the pier so the water is pretty dirty. Not to mention people are fishing in that spot, so that's another issue. Possibly further down the shoreline.
