Horrible service. I bought a new phone and the women that I was assisted by did not turn my phone on before I left and said I was going to be prompted to put in my pin to activate it. Did not work at all and was not helpful at all!

Bryan at the Keizer station store has always been very knowledgeable! Been going through him for the last 6 years!

If you want good service at the store at Kaiser station ask for a person name Robert he is awesome knowledgeable and will handle everything that you need it was just a miss unfortunate situation with that lady that helped you

I might suggest trying Best Buy. It all depends on the person. Sometimes I have had better luck at the store on Lancaster and Sunnyview and not the store in Keizer station
