The store manager talked me into buying a pair of Irish Setters. Because for a year straight the told me they weren’t sure when they were going to get the Red Wings I wanted back in stock. She assured if the Irish Setters leaked within 6 months I could get a new pair. I went in four months later because they leak bad and she said that there was too much wear on them. And then said they don’t even have the same boots to swap out. She just had an attitude like she could care less if they lost a customer, they got my $220 already. The boots aren’t in bad shape they just leak. I would have never bought the boots if I would have known they weren’t going to honor the warranty. I will never go to this store again and will try to tell as many people as I can about their bad customer service.

Skilled knowledgeable and friendly staff. Staff is a laugh riot. Dichotomy of staff is enduringly a SNL skit. Anywho quality boots for all hard working men and women. In many different environments. Good perks and warranty. Pay more get more.

This was my first time in a real boot store. I’ve owned many a boot but none of them would be what I consider high end. Bought a pair of Trail Blazers and I love them already. Staff took the time to listen and find something that worked well for me. Good people. Worth every penny.

I can say that supply chain has made it very difficult to give good answers, of late. The truth is that in many cases we truly don't know. We are working to be as transparent and honest with our customers as we can. Depends on the service. If you have a resole or repair we can do here in town, about 3 weeks. If you need something (like a resole or dye job) sent to Red Wing: 6-8 weeks. We look forward to seeing you!
