It's a basic hotel continental breakfast. Nothing big. Go to Marie Calendars next door!
I got a hardy breakfast every morning, with a decent variety of food. Buffet style eggs, hash browns, fruit, yogurt, toppings, etc. They also make omelets and have different drinks as well.
This is one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. Good variety and quality for a free breakfast.
It offers more variety than most continental breakfasts and is nice enough for a few days, but if you desire greater variety, you may want to go elsewhere. One of the nice things about it is that it is included in the cost of the room.
The breakfast is consistent with what other chains call a "full breakfast" -- scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy, melon, plain & vanilla yogurt, several types of pastry + toast & English muffin, several cold cereals + oatmeal, several juices, teas and GOOD coffee. I don't recall a waffle station. The biggest difference is that there are several staffers in attendance and one of the food counters is open to the kitchen. There are also several eating areas, one of which is adults-only. My only complaint about the breakfast (and the hotel) is that, 75 minutes into the 3-hour breakfast period, our hot food -- even with steam tables and heated containers -- was room temperature to just warm.
It's more than basic. It has scrambled egg bacon or sausage waffles etc etc. Gourmet? No. None the less very good.
Google Lumberjacks, it's just down the road! Fantastic breakfast!!!
