I have been billed four times since my two day stay a week ago. When I called them it was denied by the Super 8 employee. The total that has come out of my bank is over double my actual bill. I had to file a claim with my bank to attempt to recover the overcharges. Also, the phones never worked and I was unable to call the office from my room. The employees were made aware of this.

It was a great place to stay... The room was clean, the staff was extremely nice and helpful.... And it was easy access on and off the freeway...

Positive: I love the fact that they are dog friendly. It is very conveniently located for us when we go up to Redding. Negative: The people in the room above us were so loud and rude. The loud running back and forth and things dropping on their floor our ceiling...and this went on past 1am.

Positive: The check-in staff was professional and friendly. She seemed genuinely interested in providing us the best experience and room for our stay. I also appreciated the ability to bring my small dog with me for my stay. Negative: The main complaint was that the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I also wish there had been more variety in the continental breakfast. It basically consisted of coffee/juice. prepackage breakfast bars and yogurt. How about adding a bit of frui
