Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge

We were "upgraded" from our garden view room, overlooking their self described elaborate botanical gardens, to a room overlooking the pool and playground, which was very loud. The thermostat in the room would not go below 75° and while the front desk did try and resolve the problem, they were unable to do so, so it was a warm sleep. The shower was like rinsing off under a light rain shower, plus a hundred % humidity since there is no ventilation. Also, no breakfast or anything to speak of in the morning. There are plenty of highlights, the soap was great, the room is appointed pretty well, lots of plugins for electronics, the staff were pleasant, and the beds are very comfortable. But, none of that matters much if the room is obnoxiously loud and warm.

Came here for Memorial Day! The front desk was super sweet! The rooms were decent but I think the hospitality and service provided far exceeded my expectations. They have breakfast and evening reception in their Club Lounge and it was great. We met Chasie there. She was such a sweetheart and took so much care of us and all other guests. The front desk folks too were very nice. Overall the people working here were amazing. Will come back soon!!

What an incredible hotel, with great staff. Chrystal and Madison made my stay feel so wonderfully home away from home. They also helped me with a booking error which would have cost me a lot. I loved the hotel so much I booked it again! Very clean, awesome restaurant. If you are in the area, this hotel is a must!

Stayed here with my mom and cat during our moving process and had a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was clean and a nice size. This would also be a great place to take younger children as it had lots of space around the hotel to run and play and had a great pool. Room service was also delicious and delivery was fast. Definitely would stay here again!
