Very good stay, twice in the last month. Clean and well maintained, good air conditioning and beds. Fifth star was based on the front desk employee BONNIE. Friendly, helpful, concerned for what we needed. Great job. Rare kindness and upbeat attitude.

The Ramada is a great place to stay with your pet. There is a large, grassy area you can take your dog to do his/her business, and several trashcan available outside. Inside, there is a comfortable lobby with a couch, TV, and even a little aquarium. The breakfasts right now are in little bags - but that's due to the pandemic than anything else. The staff are wonderful. When the dryer didn't work, an employee offered to take the clothes from the washing machine and put them in the staff dryer - free of charge. Then she delivered the dry clothes to our room door. I cannot stress how kind and time saving this was. While my family and I relaxed in our hotel room, she dried our laundry.

I am not here to rate my stay, but rate the management. Our apartment caught on fire and we were displaced until repairs could be done. The desk clerk called the manager to see if they would rent to us, because they don't rent to locals, but we had our report from The Red Cross to prove we were displaced because of a fire. The manager said NO, so we ended up at The Travel Lodge down the road and this place was Great. I will NEVER stay at a Ramada EVER! If they don't want to help out a fire victim, they will NEVER see any of my money. I would sleep in my car than stay there. Go to The Teavel Lodge on North Market Street. They will treat you better than these people do and the rooms are nice and clean and have a full kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Travel Lodge was the perfect place for us.

we paid $132 before taxes for a king bed double occupancy. Once we got in the room we noticed first off there was a piece of dirty linen on the counter in the bathroom. The wallpaper border over the bed was ripped and in poor condition like it had gotten wet. There was a very poorly done patch on the ceiling nearby. The way they make the bed is really funky there was this strip like a sash over the bed which was ripped. the bed was not comfortable and the room did not smell real great, a little musty. In addition there was a lot of noise on the other side of the wall of this room as it was near the ice machine. As it was very late we just didn’t have the energy to go hunting for a better hotel room in the area. A lot of truck drivers apparently use this place and probably get a discount. So I wouldn’t count on their reviews being very accurate. As the parking in the area’s taken up by big semi trucks, trying to find a parking place was an extra ordeal. The next morning after a horrible night sleep, as the bed was hard as a board, we pulled the sheets off and discovered that the bedding under the sheets was ripped and i poor condition there were spots on the mattress cover. Also the air conditioner/heater which made a lot of noise during the night was filthy. I went to make a cup of coffee in the provided coffee maker and I opened it up to find old coffee grounds. It had apparently not been cleaned from the prior guest. We thought Ramada would be a little nicer than this. might add that after this nightmarish experience, the next night we went to a holiday inn in Medford that was about $32 cheaper and wonderfully new and clean. They had the most awesome breakfast and staff. We will never stay in Ramada again and don’t recommend that you do either.

Yes they are! I stayed there in April 2018, and had no problems! I had 2 dogs with me! Found my room clean and quiet, fridge and micro wave, both clean and in working order! Friendly staff and very helpful. Is an older hotel but nice enough for the price.

If she had dark long hair, a tattoo on her arm, and gray teeth her name is Cat. My family had a horrible experience with her you can read my review. Thank God she didn’t spit on us if it is the same person. You can call Ramada /Wyndham customer service and file a formal complaint and a police report for the spitting.
