"Persons shall utilize any Park in such a way as to not injure, deface, destroy, or remove any tree, flower, shrub, or other vegetation, or fruit or seed thereof,..." in other words do not.

I think you would be ok for an amount for personal use but not for huge quantities. Not sure if there is a formal policy but I collect for personal use.
