My son does regularly while I walk the paths. No license is required as long as he is 15 or under.
Just because you can does not mean it will be any fun. There are a lot of better places locally if fishing is the purpose of the trip.
Yes but need to go to the entrance off alkire road not the main large entrances at least if you don't want to walk a ways to where you need to fish
