Ever since moving in to the apartment it’s been a dream. I got a 1 bedroom renovated unit on the corner and it’s perfect! My neighbors are friendly the area is nice. However I have a bone to pick with the office. I called almost 2 weeks ago to get a new set of blinds because mine had gotten damaged. I called to check in multiple times and each time they said “the maintenance will be out there today or tomorrow”. That was a lie. I called again today and asked if i could put the blinds in myself because they were taking way too long. She said they haven’t even been ordered yet. Are you serious… I’ve been calling and checking in, i gave her the measurements for the blinds and nobody has came to stop by. You can see right into my house and nobody has done anything to help. I’m not asking for something time consuming, just asking for them to order blinds. VERY unprofessional.
