U-Pack was very easy to work with from start to finish. They were very helpful in walking us through the process and make best choices. Their updates on the entire process were great and put our minds at ease. The cost savings of working with U-Pack was incredible compared to traditional moving companies.

Great experience with U-Pack themselves! I really did appreciate how uncomplicated the process was. I would say the worst part was the pick up portion - we wanted to hire a moving company to help, but the Nashville pick up location only opened on specific hours (10AM-12PM and 3PM-5PM) during the day which made no company want to help. Although it did save us money because we were able to load/unload ourselves. ADVICE FOR PEOPLE CONSIDERING: Book more than you need and get TWO locks per relocube. We had only brought two locks when each one required two. We only ended using 1 of the 2 (which was great), but had we needed both - it would have been a bit risky.

Truck was delivered and picked up on time. Driver's were courteous and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving either out of state or to the next town.

Overall I felt U-pack was a very good moving company because of several things: 1) the over all cost was inexpensive compared to other moving companies, 2) our personal items were shipped very quickly once the truck was picked up and 3) the customer service was very good. I would say that I did not expect U-pack or its subsidiaries to be closed over the weekends when we wanted to follow up on scheduling the pick up and taking away of the trailer. I also found that not every customer service representative was as dependable as others. I had called and ordered our pick up of our trailer to be driven to our new home and the customer service representative did not even schedule the delivery. I had to call back to confirm it was done and when I did it was clear the pick up had not been scheduled. So although the company overall was inexpensive and delivered our items as promised, the customer service affiliates need to improve.
