You can call the management and book the shelter for a small amount per hour charge. I think it's $10/hour but it keeps changing based on demand, season, event duration, etc.
You may have to ask someone to leave if they are there during your reservation. We have reserved a time slot amd someone just thought it was first come first served so hopefully if that happens, they will be just as understanding as our group was about having to leave.
