I have not eaten at this McDonalds, however I would start by finding out who the owner is, as all McDonald's are owned by different people. It is a chain but not when it comes to ownership or management styles. I don't tolerate abuse of anykind, so while I am working on finding owner information, I would send a letter to the editor of my newspaper, use my social media like crazy yo spread the word about this McDonalds, notify the local Chamber of Commerce through certified mail, and start a petition against the store. I know, I am a trouble maker but that's what you need to do if you really want something done. Good luck!
