Update Visit: July 13, 2022 This Acknowledgment is for (Vicki; Seafood Expert) in Seafood Department and for (Russ; Customer Service Cashier) whom I've posted a picture. These employee's I'm sure are just a few of many at this location who are dedicated and working hard to assure that our shopping experience is stress free by maintaining the services provided for all customers that frequent this Publix Super Market, however, with respect to all of the employees at this store, I can honestly say thank you from many of us that are frequent shoppers, we appreciate your diligence for all you have done and continue to do. I feel that my encounters with (Vicki and Russ), have"always" been professional; pleasant and helpful, you've provided nothing less than quality at it's best. Vicki will explain in detail about any questions a customer has regarding their choices of seafood, including the preparation of cooking it. This lady manages to multi-task with her other customers while she continuing to service you, and she does this in such a regard for each customer without you feeling abandoned. Vicki displays such care with each customer that one can't deny a pleasant and appreciated experience while at her Seafood Dept. So thank you 'Vicki' and I'm sure your (Supv; Mgr and Mgmt) appreciates the dedicated hard work that you give and the quality of your professionalism. Vicki‼️ you 🤘🏼. This shout-out is for (Russ; Customer Service Rep), who I equally respect for such a pleasant and upbeat way he welcomes the customers that checkout at his station. This cashier will go out of his way to assure that you find whatever you were looking for, and he does this with a smile when helping a customer. I appreciate your services and respect your position as cashier. I feel that the cashier position is very important because they are the foundation of a customers last experience before walking out the door. So "KUDOS" to (Vicki) and (Russ) for your services that continue to return Publix shoppers for more. 5-⭐️ ________________________________________________________ This is my go-too store at this location and my visits have always been pleasant from the moment I've entered and the helpful services from the staff has always been professional including the Customer Service station. All staff have been pleasant and will go beyond in helping a customer regardless of where you are in the store, and this is the type of qualified service a customer appreciates. The interior appearance is very nice, store lighting is excellent and shelves are stocked in order accordingly and marking items are readable . Customers appreciate experiences like this when your dollars count, so to each Employee and too the Management team, your community appreciates you for continuous of great services, so Thank you‼️ 👏🏼 and KUDOS 5-⭐️

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My mom ordered a cake (Monday May 9) for my baby shower (Sunday May 15), and instead of taking responsibility all they could say is "person with that description don't work here", "are you sure it was this location", "we don't have a slip for it". They did not want to take any responsibility of loosing the slip. I would not recommend this place to save my life anymore. Now I am going to walmart to get a random cake for my shower, because absolutely refuse to get a cake from them ever again.

The actual store isn’t bad, but the bakery definitely only qualifies for a 1 star. They got the cupcake order correct, I guess one color icing on cupcakes with no decoration is easy enough. But they botched the cake order that I placed online (that was incredibly simple since I bought cake decorations and my own sprinkles off Amazon to decorate it to my liking) then called and explained it to make sure there was no confusion on the writing of the words, but still wrong, Had to come back 2 hours later to pick it up before the party. No discount, no apology, no remorse for the inconvenience. Thankfully I was smart enough to order and have it ready plenty of time before in case it was wrong or needed to be re-done.

Carts are sanitized by employee before customers get the cart. Masks are encouraged with customers and mandatory with employees. Plastic shields between cashier and customer. Lanes are sanitized frequently. And new self checkout for those who don't want to go thru a lane with actual cashier.
I'm a shopper- You need to phone them !! *My Best Advice !! They have the freshest meats, seafood, & fresh fruits !! My 2 cents
They have soursop nectar, it's .85 cents. They also sell Chiquita soursop plup to make the juice, that is $2.79. it's frozen
Yes, they we're. We got our flu shots there and got a $10 gift card for each shot. This is the second year that we have gotten our shots there and received a $10 gift card for each person getting vaccinated. Ask the pharmacist if they are still doing that promotion. I believe they are.
