Horrible customer service. I once thought Kroger had good customer service but I was proven wrong. Cash register had no regard for my groceries and just threw and shoved it. I also thought I could open a Kroger card and use it (I have done this in the past) but the cash register said no and was rude the whole entire times.The manager was belittling a customer in front of us and was rolling their eyes at the customer when they didn’t understand what they were saying. Kroger is horrible, Walmart had way better employees who have manners.

Used regular check out, not self check out. Excellent customer service! One of my coupons messed up the computer, and all staff involved were quick to problem solve. Shout out to manager Ashley, cashier Kathleen, and bagger David for their kindness!

My experience is about Douglas at the Money Center, Very disrespectful individual. I completed a Western Union pickup. A distant older relative sent a birthday gift in the form of cash to my son. I guess Douglas felt he was beneath me because he placed everything he needed from me on the counter and spoke to me in a condescending way. He asked for my ID which I placed the ID in his hand. He returned the ID to me on the counter. The same with the pen requesting my signature and the receipt. I felt he knew what he was doing because he watched my face everytime he did it. Not the best experience with this location.

Terrible customer service. The pick up employee we had was so rude. I received and alert for my order that there were a few substitutions needed which was fine and as expected with the day and age we are in. But I was not aware that half the items in my order were out of stock until I got home and realized I did not receive my full order. Checked my receipt only to see that half my order was out of stock. Cool. Then I look at one thing which wS the firewood. Out of stock but there was about 30 bundles sitting in front of the store when I pulled in. Poor customer service and I guess I will just chalk it up to pure laziness. If the employee didn't want to carry it I could have gotten it myself. Tried to call customer service. Surprise surprise... no one ever answered.......

Uh...what sort of produce are you looking for? What do you think produce is? Never been to a grocery store that had absolutely no produce...seems like a silly question to me...
The store requires/asks people to wear a mask and observe social distancing protocols. I've observed most folks are comfortable with these requests, have seen very few who don't care. It's all common sense.
