I scheduled an appointment to have the screen replaced on my phone online - giving the exact make and model. I received an email confirming my appointment. About an hour before the appointment I called to be sure they had the right screen for my phone. They didn't. They told me that they could order it and it would arrive in 3-4 business days, but that I had to come in to the store to start this process. When I asked why I have to come in to start the process, I was told that that's their business process. I'm going to look for a repair store that doesn't want to waste my time.

I can't overstate how horrible of an experience we had here. Just the worst. Everything bad you can imagine happening at a phone repair place happened. We had to come back multiple times because of every possible issue on their end. One time they called us to say they were ready, and then they made us wait over an hour when we got there. That's just one of a dozen examples on how they wasted hours and hours of my life and hundreds of my dollars. I'd rather go without a phone for the rest of my life than come back here for a repair.

I have been a loyal customer of my local (Pasadena) uBreakiFix for many years now, and they are AWESOME! Every time I go there, they are always incredibly helpful, as well as professional and extremely courteous. This time, Leila (not sure of spelling, sorry) went out of her way to make sure the correct part was delivered by midday today, and was able to complete my repair in a very timely fashion. You'll have to take it to the store to get an estimate.
If the battery is in stock it generally takes them about 3 hours to repair but last time I called about a battery for an iPhone the quote was $90
Zte phones aren't usually worth fixing unfortunately, with the parts and labor the repair is usually close enough to a new phone
