Pasadena Cyclery is awesome. We often go there with my kids to tune up their bikes or to get things or to learn things. Their staff is very knowledgeable, especially the guys in the back who actually do the work, friendly, and warm. Recommend this place 100% even though the prices are a bit high.

I brought my bike in for its annual tune up. Your staff is super friendly and nice. I ride my bike a lot, but I know nothing about how my bike works. (Lame of me, I know!) David gave me a super great explanation on the phone as to all the work he did, all the issues happening with my bike, what has to be fixed now and what can wait until later. We even discussed whether at some point I should just buy a new bike if the repair costs exceed the value of my bike. I appreciated all that David told me. I appreciated his knowledge and his demeanor. Thanks!

Would not recommend getting bike boxed up for shipping. Had Pasadena Cyclery package my bike (customer service/calling them was great) so it could be shipped. Unfortunately, whoever packaged it didn't take the stem off or wrap the frame of the bike, just twisted and forced the fork around, causing a pretty significant paint scratch (haven't had the carbon fiber checked out, I think it's probably fine). I doubt the person that did this did not realize they did this as it took some force to twist the stem around and reveal this scratch. See picture. Price was fine (80 bucks) and the rest of the packing job was fine, just super, super disappointed that whoever packaged this did it and didn't say anything.

Everyone in the shop was really friendly and they kindly explained the service for getting my bike reassembled after my move. The price for the service was great. Work was done quickly and I'm very happy with it.

nope
Masks required. The store only allows a small amount of people into the store. They have provided chairs, sometimes shade, and spaced apart stickers to help with the line.
They used to but don't currently
