Omggggg ewwww why does the burger look like this. It’s 12noon all food should look cooked fresh not like it’s been swimming in hot water. My fries were even cold and gave me watery Hi-C smhhh so disappointed. I’ve called the store over 5 times NO ANSWER

By far the WORST Burger King! i was so excited when they opened but it has been a complete let down. They are randomly closed. No matter the time. 9:30 this morning CLOSED. Random 5 oclock day CLOSED. When we get lucky and they are open its a long wait and/or food is over cooked. Please do better!!!!

Whoever is running this s**t show needs to be fired. The odd part is that they don't even seem understand they should be embarrassed. I made the mistake of patronizing this place today and waited...and waited...and waited only to be "greeted" by staff who didn't so much as say hi, bye, thank you or much of ANYTHING for that matter. They can't possibly be bothered to do anything but shuffle around and treat customers like they are bothering them. The interacted me almost not at all...just stuck their arm out the window. If you let employees treat customers like this - you will soon not have any customers. I certainly won't be returning.

Showed up for a late lunch around 3:30pm yesterday. There was a whole line of people waiting in the drive thru being ignored. Decided to get out of my car, only to find the door locked. I could see the employees inside sitting around eating and ignoring both the drive thru and my knocks at the door. Must be nice to get paid to sit around eating and refusing to work. Way to set things back for all the fast food employees fighting for a living wage 👍 I wonder how Burger King corporate would feel about a franchise just deciding to close itself to get paid to do nothing? Absolutely inexcusable
