Does the ticket price for special events include the other park rides and games or is each activity priced seperately?

One admission price for train and all rides. Food, arcade, and souvenirs separate prices. You could pack your own lunch/snacks /drinks to save money.

General Admission for daytime operations includes most items, except for food and retail (i.e. face painting, gem mining, arcade games, country fair games, food, and souvenirs are not included). Special events during daytime hours are included for no additional cost. One unique daytime special event, Day Out With Thomas in June, is the same price as general admission but you must purchase a specific ticket that indicates a train ride time with Thomas the Tank Engine. This ticket includes both the train ride and admission to the park.

They usually include the whole park from my experience. Had to pay for Arcade is all. But that's usually the case anywhere.
