Hi, Joe, through May 31st tickets are being sold for a specific date and time. If you are planning to visit before then I would recommend purchasing your tickets online.

The train ride is scheduled, it runs every 45 minutes, so because of that i do recommend buying online. But there were people there when I was just going through the ticket booth.
