All the restaurants you find are fine. Buon appetito
The restaurant in the Zions lodge for breakfast is fantastic as well as reasonably priced (last I checked.) They also have a small cafe with sandwiches and such but we've always just packed our own so I can't speak for that part. In Springdale expect to spend $10 and up per person for something like a hamburger. The pizza from Zion Pizza and Noodle Co. is quite good and typical pricing for a sit-down restaurant. There are a couple of Solstice markets for food but you will find better prices in St. George, Hurricane and or LaVerkin (you have to drive through the last two cities in order to enter Zions main canyon so think about stocking up.)
I would suggest eating in hurricane or St George. The restaurant at the inn in the park is good and Ho-made pies is a nice place to eat at Mount Carmel Junction
There are many, use Google, most are very good, but can be expensive in season.(between May and October) Some close off season, or reduce hours of operation. I remember everyone I tried was at least good, and several are outstanding.
