What if I have my certification form from where I certified at, and waiting for the the actual medical card to come in the mail. Can I still come there and purchase from you guys. I know I can possess, and have in my possession 2 1/2 oz.

No you wouldn't be able to. You have to present your picture ID as well as your marijuana card at the window if not you can't go back.
