The fridays on evergreen rd and southfield has gone down the food is nasty and there is a long wait...the resturant is not what it use to be so i will neverrrrr be back.

Agreed. This tgif is the WORST I have ever been too. The entire staff is rude, unprofessional. Bartender was on her phone instead of serving customers . We got up and left. Gave it one more try a couple weeks later. Went to a table this time, hoping for better service. Waitress was terrible. Service took way too long, not busy, mid afternoon, food order was incorrect. Management not interested in actually helping any of the issues. I love TGIF but will NEVER return to this location
This is the WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! The waitress was trying to do all she could but they were understaffed and unprofessional. The place was practically empty. Why did we have to wait for almost 2 hours to get our food??? And every plate came out separately. We were a group of 12 people.
Agreed...Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Me and my family party of 7 went here on 3.18.19 at 9:35pm restaurant was not full probably only 8 other customers in the resturant was told they couldnt seat is together because it was only servers. Which the manager did come out and seat us, but the device and food was horrible even my 7year old complained about how long the food and refills on the drinks were taking. I'M calling Corporate as we SPEAK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FRIDAYS TO ANY HUMAN!!!!
I wish I would've read the reviews before I went there last night February 1, 2020. Absolutely horrible. This is my first time there, I hadn't heard anything about this particular Fridays at all. I traveled a little ways to get here. Service and food sucked. The Wait time was horrible, the drinks sucked, how do you mess up a drink. They need better management, and a cook that actually know what the hell he/she is doing, and people to actually really know about customer service. The greeter looked like he was depressed all night and he didn't want to be there. One of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in a restaurant. It was just horrid along with the drinks and the service and management
