Two words, BAD MANAGEMENT......
I would ask for the manager to explain this if you are not happy with the answer then just walk out as long as you did not eat or drink anything

It does not have the best service
I only go during lunch hours. I am still waiting on feedback from a bad experience I had back in Oct 2016
Basically the same thing happened to my family and I a few months ago...their service is terrible but the manager was a sweetheart & she took 30% off of our bill.
