There are many things to see from a car or the shuttle. The temple of siniwava has a mile long paved trail that is wheel chair accessible. If you are planning on going any time soon, check with the park as currently there are trails closed and parts of the roads closed due to flooding and damage
The shuttle ride is very informative and they come by frequently. If you want to ride the shuttle. Personal vehicles can only go so far into the park.
Indeed it is, there are many breathtaking views from your car. Even if you are unable to hike, there are many places to stop and look around if you are able to get out of your car at all. Even so, just driving is definitely worth it, often times you will see mountain goats or other animals as well. I love to role the windows down and open the sunroof and take in the beauty with a nice drive through Zion's, you will not be disappointed.
Certainly! I'm unable to walk without assistance. The shuttle driver was very helpful in getting me on and off ther bus with my wheelchair. You can also drive through many places with your car. There's a really neat tunnel to drive through.
You may need to park your car and start walking through. If you are a nature lover then yes it is worth to take a visit eventhough you don't hike, you can simply take a shuttle to Temple of Sinawava and enjoy the virgin river for sometime.
Absolutely ,you are going to love it either way even if you don't want to drive there's free shuttle that takes you to every corner of the park !
You'd better use parking lots of town or in the natl Park. And ride shuttle, that is the best way to tour there.
