Are the visitor centers open

I was there last week and both of Zion and Bryce visitors centor closed.

I think it's closed during govt shutdown. Was there last week. But because the shuttle service is not running until March you are able to drive in and park at some of the upper locations that you would otherwise need to wait for a shuttle ride.
