I completely agree with you. If you want the last load in by 8:30pm then you are technically closed for business at 8:30 not 10. It is very misleading to say you are open til 10 but stop letting people in at 8:30. As Erin found out the hard way. They packed their dirty laundry into the car and traveled all the way out there because they were supposed be open for business and was instead, turned away at the door.

Clothes in washer no later than 830....or 90 minutes before closing

I believe the last load has to be started an hour and a half before closing time
