The best place to go is a Verizon Corporate store. Make sure of that because There are a lot of Verizon retailers that are not Corporate stores that you call first.
Probably quicker to go to the Verizon store on Battlefield Blvd by the fure dept. It is a hassel to try and do business at the one in Greenbriar.
The first person is right. That what I had to do. Take it to a corporate store.
