She went the extra miles to ensure my information transferred over from my existing phone to the new phone as well as provided clear instructions on processing a return for the malfunctioning phone. Zippora made what I perceived as a daunting task, switching out phones, a learning experience for me and, I love my new phone!

Terrible location. We had scheduled an appointment so we could move from another company to Verizon. First of all, it was an HOUR after our appointment time that we were finally helped, and they were not helpful at all. They provided the minimum amount of information, barely answered any questions, didn't give us any details on the various promotions going on which resulted in us pay $800 for the same phone my mom got for $99 the same day, just at a different store who was actually doing their job and talked to her about promotions. The whole process took HOURS and was extremely frustrating. We left feeling terrible about the whole thing.
