Usually excellent service, workers including Managers know their job. Not today. Management gives me and their workers Instructions. Won't let me pick up large purchases because he the manager is unaware and useless as a leader.

Went into the store to speak with someone regarding my cell phone. No one was in the department. Walked around looking for someone. A salesperson walk right pass me not speaking or stopping to ask if I needed any help. Went to the information booth to see if I could get help, she paged someone. No one came. Always had great service before. I will go the Greenbrier store, maybe the service will be better.

The worst customer service experience that I've had in a long time. I stood around for 10 minutes, before asking 2 associates for help. No one ever came to assist. The manager was walking around, looked right at me and kept on about her merry way. I'm now at Target getting help and also what I needed.

Well first and foremost you want to look at their return policy and terms under length of time to return and the conditions of the item... Them you want to have a paper recipe or digital recipe of purchase... Then you will know every step you have to take from there... An at the very worst contact their customer service department

Hand sanitizer is available, social distance markers are set across the store in lines and outside. Employees wear masks and customers are required to wear masks to enter the store.
When I was there, they did not. Delays have been occurring lately because of Covid still, so finding one even at Best Buy i nearly impossible. You will have better luck with apps like OfferUp where you can see if someone locally is selling their Switch, which is how I purchased mine. That is also how I have been purchasing a majority of my games as well since those are also hard to find. If you do use OfferUp to purchase a switch from a private seller, you may end up paying about 50 to 60 bucks extra for the switch, just something to keep in mind.

If it is a popular technology brand then best buy probably has it. If it is inconvient for you to go to the store and ask for assistance regarding the kindle 7 or any other product, best buy has a website in which you can both view items specifically from the best buy store of your choice and order online from and have the product shipped to you
Idk my friend, but I would be calling my credit card company and maybe disputing the charge, or call whoever put that charge on your card
Always compare prices! Google search but Best Buy will price match major online store prices on exact models so please make sure you do some research before you purchase!
Not directly no, but they do have interest free financing on most purchases if you use the best buy credit card, which in my opinion is better than layaway. You can take the product with you the day you buy it, and as long as you pay it off before the interest free period ends you will not incur any interest! Additionally if there are concerns for credit scores, retail consumer cards can help build credit by setting payment history when you pay them on time and in the term set.
