I have no idea what the name of the gentleman you are interested in is but, my advice would be to go back next week the same day/time that you initially noticed him and discreetly give him a note (that you have prepared in advance not some scribbles that you have to ask around for a pen and paper 2 seconds ago) with your info on it. Be respectful of the fact that it is his workplace and that he is working and could potentially get in trouble for fraternizing with a customer and keep it short and sweet. If he is interested he will respond if not you tried and he should be extra flattered that he caught your attention. Good luck!
Be a trend setter, go back through and tell him something was forgotten . He will calmly reply that " he is sorry", then go to work with your question!
