Wendy's is the best fast chain food, I love the $5.00 meal, many try to copy but -sorry- Wendy's nuggets burgers fries and drink is over the top. Especially in Seattle where it cost 20.00 just to walk outside you home 🏡 .

This location used to be top notch but I think they all left. Really gone down hill in the last 2 months. Do not listen to the app. There is no dine in, take out, curbside. There is ONLY drive thru. You can still order it in the app but they will not service it and you will be stuck waiting in the parking lot until you decide to leave. Average wait time for the drive thru is 30 mins. Fries half full, always a disappointment.

The only reason I'm not rating this place two stars instead of one is because they managed to get my combo right. This is the second time I've ordered Wendy's on Uber Eats. The first time they messed up a salad. Come on? A salad? It's not hard. The second time they managed to completely miss any toppings for my salad. I have a bowl of lettuce and chicken. I ordered a side of apple bites on the side to add to my salad and they neglected those as well. I attempted to call back as I understand these things happen, I worked food service myself in high school. What I don't understand is letting the phone ring. And ring. I called three times. Not a thing. I also understand that it gets busy during rush. Again, what I don't understand is when I attempt to call later in the night and they still allow their phone to just ring. I won't be wasting my money on a place that can't figure out how to put together a salad. ITS PRE MADE. YOU JUST THROW IT TOGETHER AND THEN YOU IGNORE ME. Should've known about Wendy's because of the way they treated employees at another location a couple years ago. I stated I understand things happen. I give any place I go to three strikes. I also try to give them a saving grace of fixing the issues they caused. Wendys has my three strikes and they missed their saving grace. Don't waste your money the way I did. Might as well go somewhere worth while or that'll at least attempt to answer the phone.

Overall good store Oddball staff, but they don't hate being there which is nice. Store is obviously cluttered because fast food. Managers seem to have priorities in places other than humanizing their employees or keeping big volume items in stock, but I like that it isn't McDonald's.
