Proper Military ID
You cannot get on base to use the exchange or commissary without an active duty, dependant, or retiree identification card. You can shop online as an honorably discharged veteran. The only other ways to get on base are as a guest of an authorized patron, defense contractor, or other federally sponsored contractor, e.g. the Aerospace Corporation.
As a veteran with appropriate ID, you are welcome to use all of the public services on the base.
