The communication with this agency is incredibly bad, as if they are not interested in their own work that is made to employ people and they do not answer calls, texts when they do not want to. How unprofessional I and other people who are linked to this agency did not make it to the end of the month because of the bad inefficient cooperation of this company in El Segundo. I'm like crazy sending messages to their telephone address and they don't even answer that.

Ok so I was here yesterday and had a bad experience like always I been here 4 times at least every time I go here there’s always a problem this location has very bad customer service, the people they have work here don’t speak good English because it’s very hard to understand them , so it sounds like you don’t know how to speak English... I DO NOT recommend nobody to came to this location

Today, I called the El-segundo office to inquire about an assignment in Torrance that was literally just posted a few minutes ago. After calling the main line and having one of the representative connect to a recruiter, I was told my resume didn't match with the job. The only requirement was steel toe boots? Are you serious?? If you have an issue, these people pretty much forget about you, do the minimum to help you, barely even make an effort and treat you as if you were a nuisance. Obviously, if whatever problem you have doesn't directly affect them, it must not be of great importance, right? If you have any problems regarding payment, you're pretty much screwed. They say they'll call you with an update, but never do. Before you know it, it's the weekend and you don't have access to your money(money that you worked for and is rightfully yours) and there's no one you can reach to get this resolved because they are closed on the weekends. Honestly, your branch is a joke. The ethics, business methods and manners you employ are deplorable. You hold the livelihood of so many people in your hands and yet you clearly couldn't care less about how your inaction will affect everyone working hard for you. Keep up the mediocre work, guys.
