Games are good but the software is not user friendly at all. I try to reset my password, put in my email, website asks for a confirmation email but there is none in the email that was sent. No back buttons on the program. Really disappointed in the client when they have amazing games.

Horrible, HORRIBLE!! After an issue with a subscription charges for Final Fantasy XIV, i spent a good hour trying to find someone to help me out with my issue.. They don't have a Contact number, or if you want the number you have to jump through hoops, they make it as difficult as possible. Then when I finally was able to speak through LIVE CHAT with someone, after a 2 hour wait - the agent told me he couldn't help me and then disconnected the chat without giving me a chance to respond. These people at Square Enix are the lowest form of scum, I've never been so motivated in my life to send a complaint to the BBB.

Account suspended permanently for a billing error on their part. My bank was willing to call them or write them and they wouldn't even accept this. They want my bank to take responsibility for their error and are holding my account hostage in the process. Horrible customer service. After being a loyal customer for more than a decade I might finally be done with them.

They create awesome games and give absolutely the worst account/customer support in all of gamedom. The one star is a pity-star - they deserve less for the service. a. they do not work on weekends - so do not bother emailing/calling. b. IF you email it is 2 business days before they even respond - and if they do - it is never to solve the problem - it is basically to ask you to re-tell everything you already asked for...stall tactics. c. IF you do call it can be hours on hold before the one guy they have working in customer support picks up the phone. It is such a shame: The creative team is great - their business end - wow just wow...
