The best customer service ever. We had ordered a $300+ jersey, somehow it was taken off our porch or never delivered. They were prompt and helped us file a lost package with UPS. They were in constant contact with us and never made us feel uneasy. Monique and khris I believe helped us and I can’t thank them enough. Amazing job and amazing team!

Do not buy from Online store, buy IN STORE. The brick and mortar store has great customer service, you don't have to wait for long shipping dates, and you are able to see everything before you buy. Buying online usually isn't a problem for me, but buying from nba.com and the lakers store online have been the worst experiences ever. You will appreciate the availability, the great service, and stuff you might not find online

For the official shop of one of the most glorious professional sports franchises in the world, this is embarrassingly small. The selections are ok but there are so many other pieces of official merchandise online that aren’t available here. The Staples Center store is much bigger and has a better selection. If they made this bigger it could really be a destination. Now, it’s just a tiny little shop in a strip mall. Have some pride, Lakers! You do get 10% off of you check in on Yelp, though, and I did buy a nice black cap with the classic logo.
