They have free valet. But make sure you tip them!
Yes. They actually had a free valet service for dine-in guests. However, I dont believe you can remain parked there during the show. Metered off-site parking is available around the premesis.

Yes. When attending PPAC, we park in the paying lot right next to the restaurant. It is located on Snow Street and Westminster Streets. We just tell the attendant that we will be dining at Coal Fired Pizza, and going to PPAC for a show. They usually have us park closer to the restaurant.
