I am so happy to leave this review. This is my first time at the district. Oh my goodness you have to go there you have to taste the food you have to he's everything there. The Grits are off the chain you have to pay them. You have to meet the owner if possible she makes you feel welcomed like family real family not the ones you were born with. and it is a wonderful place to eat drink and to have good conversation. You must try their mimosa if I'm staying you're right thank you if not you know what I mean it's the best one I ever had it's the first one I've ever had and the whole Father's day was beautiful there I'm grateful to ownership and to the waitress that waited on us I say thank you

Best spot for brunch! Very accommodating and the service was excellent. Our server Daniella was great. Friendly environment and the food was FANTASTIC! Will not be going anywhere else for brunch. Must get the chocolate shooters!

We came for lunch on a Sunday and didn’t realize only the brunch menu was offered, but we were not disappointed!! We did not make a reservation but we were able to sit quickly even thought it was packed. The owner stopped by and was so kind. It was my birthday and she treated us to French toast to celebrate!! The food was amazing especially the fig and prosciutto pizza. Our waiter/bartender Jerry was great despite how busy it was. The tequila sangria was 11/10! We will definitely be back!!

Awesome birthday meal! On Fridays and Saturdays, just relax and enjoy the music. If you’re in a hurry, go before 6pm.
