Great gym and classes. Not so much a gym for vain dudes in love with their reflection. Far less bro culture present which makes this gym stand out from most in the area. Just as many women working out hard as there are men much of the time. I think that’s because lots of people go to this gym to learn new skills in the classes which are great and very accessible for beginners. So mostly everyone is there to workout and/or learn instead of checking out their glamour muscles in the mirror. You can just get a good solo workout in using weights with plenty of equipment or take hiit or other classes and get a huge calorie burn while learning some techniques in conditioning classes. Lot of reasons this gym beats out the competition.

I registered with my 7 year old daughter for the zumba class, asked the manager if my 7 year old daughter could join the class and she said yes, after all, kids do jiu-jitsu with adults at nigh so what’s the danger in dancing for her? When the dance class started the lady who teaches the class was super rude telling loud and clear for everyone to hear that my children were not allowed in her class, but she was going to let her just watch that day. I felt super embarrassed with that situation but even so I stayed in the class because my daughter really wanted to participate, anyway, the class started, the songs were super outdated and the choreography come on, my grandmother could do better! ( with all respect to my grandma ) 10 minutes after the class started, we left because it was a very bad, you only sweat because the room is very hot, it's not worth it, the class is really bad! a waste of time!!! AGAIN, the review is not for the gym at all is for the dancing class and to the Daly that teaches it. And AGAIN, if kids can train BJJ with adults, what is the problem in dancing since I’m paying for her membership too??!!

I wish I could give this gym zero stars! Never in my life have a been harassed by a gym to continue a membership. I called to cancel in August of 2021 and they are now calling me NONSTOP in the middle of February '22 about driving all the way to Sunnyvale to cancel! If you can take my credit card information over the phone, then why can't you cancel over the phone. Such a poor policy put in place to continuously charge you. Autumn and her staff are the absolute worst! Poor policy, poor gym culture, and poor professionalism! Save yourself a trip and don't go!

This gym facility is really nice. I would say one of the best in the Bay Area. Their front desk staff are usually nice and very courteous. But at times they don’t respond well. You need to really run behind them to get things done. That was my previous experience. But now during Covid era I see they improved a lot. They are making sure people are following all the Covid protocols and keeping their masks on (most important at least to me). You will all the gym facilities one can imagine. I see many body builders (all muscular man with six packs , very strong and fit girls ) around ☺️☺️ I strongly recommend this gym to friends and family and to everyone.

They offer classes for children
Yes there are classes for youth.
I think any time. They are working 24x7 and when I first came into the gym it was pretty late - 10pm or more and I still had a very good gym introduction from a Gym personal.
Nope. It does not offer pool.
There are 3 types of membership. 1. Fitness - 49$/month. 2. Ultimate - 74$/month. 3. Champion - 99$/month. Or you can opt for a trial period for 15$ for 15 days all-inclusive.
