Horrible service from the front desk and the studio manger. I have been an OTF member for almost two years now. I recently moved from Seattle to Bay Area, and wanted to transfer my membership to this Sunnyvale studio. Firstly, I had to call so many people to figure out the process for transferring my membership. When I finally got a request raised, the studio manager rejected it because the prices have increased and they do not want existing customers with lower membership price. Seriously?! What's that logic? I am an existing member. Thankfully another OTF studio agreed and I am getting my membership transferred there instead.

Wow. I have been trying different types of workouts in the past 3 years or so - nothing even comes close to an hour at Orange Fitness. As simple as that. I’m blown away and for the first time feel positive as I look into my improvement and fitness goals.

Very friendly folks at front desk and great instructors. I would definetly recommend orange theory classes if your goal is to become fit more fit! Especially try out Nathan classes. He is really a super star in there. I love his energy and dance moves especially. One recommendation is to introduce more strength classes instead of 2G/3G classes

This gym is certainly very money minded. First of all the membership price is too high and then if you can't make it to any class they charge $12 more for it. Although I had unlimited membership and I told them that I was very sick, they told that we cannot do anything and you'll have to pay $12 fees. I did not have more courage to go and argue with them on top of that I was sick too. But definitely not gonna recommend this to anyone and not going back to this gym ever.

Questions & Answers

I took the initial class and I really liked. I am planning to join but heard getting an appointment on a daily basis is a headache. Could some existing otf'ers please clarify?

I book my classes a month out through the app. If i am on a waitlist i almost always get in. You can have the Sales Associates help you with the sign up process. Again, find a time that works best for you and sign up for the entire month. You can sign up all the way through to your charge date.
