So, Covid reasons might be cause for exception. You will definitely want to call to double check. However, if not it looks like there is an all sales final, and no rescheduling policy in place for folks who can't make it. You can see all that from their page here: http://www.rwpzoo.org/reopen. Again, though, absolutely call to double check. They may have different policies for your specific situation.
I believe you can just call to double check with them you should be able to use tickets for another day and time you might even be able to get a set of new tickets for another day they could switch them for you
