I’ve been meaning to check out this Diner out for a while, I typically do enjoy diners and this spot did not disappoint! I was honestly surprised that it was as big as it was in the inside as it was because the front makes it look a lot smaller. I met a friend for breakfast and we were able to sit down right away a little before 9am. There is some outdoor sitting, but with the full sun and 85 degree temperature we decided to eat indoors. I ordered a meat lover’s omelette and my friend ordered one of the big meals with pancakes, both were decent! The staff was polite as well! If you’re looking for a calm diner style breakfast definitely check this place out!!

Excellent diner food, not too heavy and greasy. Friendly, helpful service and we received our food quickly.

First and last time here! My main reason for giving them one star is because the waitresses were nice and the food was okay. My problem with this place is a sanitary issue. After receiving our food another customer came in with his dog, which is fine… but the waitresses would pet the animal, allow it to lick their hands, and feed the dog from their hand. I watched as neither waitress washed their hands after the fact, one went directly to the silverware placing it on a table for another customer to be seated, the other went straight to the back and came out with someone’s food. This made me sick to my stomach! I was highly upset that I had already eaten most of my food before witnessing this. So if anyone does not mind improper hand hygiene, or sanitary issues. Then feel free to check this place out.

POC or more specifically Male Black or Brown men should not eat here. I came to this diner with three regulars and was treated rude. I ordered an item on the menu and was told that the item has been 86’d for years. Because of this she snatched the menu from my hand flipped it over to its cover and told me to choose again. Shirley needs training in subconscious bias. She continued to express demeaning behavior towards me hostility asking me if was okay to cook my company’s ordered and instructed me to raise my hand like a child when I was ready to order. This didn’t sit well with me and the fact that my company didn’t say anything to this rude waiter that they knew by name made it worse. So I sat there and drank my coffee while my company ate their food and chatted it up with Shirley as she sat at our table and chatted about a boss or something harassing their female employee at the holiday party. “But that’s who he is and I accept that” said Shirley while sitting next me chatting with the group I was with. Needless to say if you are brown or black male the chances of you being treated well are low. Take it from me who went to this diner with regulars and was disrespected.
