No cash refunds, store credit only. If you moved and can't use it anymore, I would advise using offer up, Craigslist or marketplace. That's the sure fire way to get what it's worth. If you found a cheaper price or a quicker delivery date and you don't care about a long warranty, free delivery and a 40 percent discount on repairs as long as you own the appliance, we can refund 50 percent. If it breaks we fix it. If its a lemon, we replace it with a comparable appliance. If there's a different scenario, please let me know. I can't say whether or not it will change the answer, but if it's something outside of the norm, I should hear about it at the very least.
I paid $305 for a Kenmore washer with free delivery & removal of old appliance & also a 1yr warranty. ✔ Return policy is store credit only which is made perfectly clear upon purchase. ✌🏽

I may be able to pick it up but it would it be several days before we could get there. and it would need out of the house like in the garage or back yard.
